Lucy Trisese has been drumming since 2011. As the primary dun dun player with the West African Rhythm Project Ensemble, Lucy and her drums are an indispensable member of the teaching and performance troupe. Lucy began playing her playing career with the drum set. Not long after she found the djembe and became a formidable force on a drum with her hands as well as with sticks.
